Requirements
This program is designed for graduates of relevant vocational high schools as well as professionals with work experience who wish to further develop their subject-matter expertise in an educational context.
The following applies to admission:
- Matura (high school graduation and diploma exam) from a relevant vocational high school
- or another high school diploma or equivalent qualification, combined with a relevant additional qualification
- Successful completion of the admissions process

- Nutrition and Health (Nutrition Science, Human Biology, Public Health, Nutritional Psychology)
- Food and Practice (Food Science, Food Technology, Kitchen and Restaurant Management)
- Economy & the World of Work (Business Organization, Nutrition in the Workplace, Sustainable Supply Systems)
- Education & Subject-Specific Pedagogy (Designing Instruction, Supporting Learning Processes, Diversity, and Language Education)
Student Affairs
The program is structured so that it can be easily balanced with professional obligations. It combines on-campus classes, online instruction, and independent study. Some of the courses are taught in English.
